Dania Capital was founded in October 2003.

Since foundation Dania Capital has been a member of the DVCA and the firm follows the European standards for private equity funds as provided by the EVCA.

Dania Capital has been an active participant in the creation of Guidelines for Responsible Ownership and Good Corporate Governance, published in DVCA’s report Active Ownership and Transparency in Private Equity Funds. Dania Capital follows these guidelines at the fund level as well as at the company level after the principle of comply-or-explain.
